How to Exhibit

STAND APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN

We are eager to have as many relevant exhibitors attending as possible. To that end we have ensured that stand prices are as low as possible. All stand holders get an allocation of entry tickets and are entitled to camp for free in the dedicated exhibitor’s camping area.

3m wide stands include 2 weekend passes to the Fair.

6m wide stands include 3 weekend passes to the Fair.

9m wide stands include 4 weekend passes to the Fair

Extra passes can be purchased  on the gate.

All prices include VAT at 20% and a VAT receipt will be issued.

Trader or Club?

Stands are available for traders or clubs. Recognised falconry clubs qualify for a discounted rate

Shedding stands

There are 2 stand types available. The first is a shedding stand. These have the tent provided for you. All the shedding stands are 3m deep (front to back) and come in widths in multiples of 3m – so you can have a 3m, 6m, 9m wide stand. Wider stands are available on request.

All stands come with a removable front cover so the stand can be closed.

Trestle tables are available to hire.

Space Only

If you have your own tent – space only stands are also available. Like the shedding stands, these are 3m deep and come in widths of 3m, 6m, 9m. Wider stands are available on request.
